Summary: China, Japan and Korea have a long history of friendship and communication.We hope to build a platform for psychiatrists to communicate, contribute and thank in spite of isolating, waiting and doubting.
Obstacles for exchange: Lack of common langrage; Lack of common interest; Lack of funding; Lack of government support; Lack of time; Lack of motivation Lack of long term vision ;
Recommendation for exchange: Notice the important and benefit from well organized exchange, like JSPN 102 Conference; Information and experience is valueless for today and future; Psychiatry, culture, life quality and humanity are more important than politics; Each country are equal in the exchange and have the right to share their experience; Psychiatrist should be the best professional and expert for communication and understanding, and be better to show up. Set up regular meeting schedule like China and Japan; Promoting young psychiatrist exchange like Korea; Invite top psychiatrist form other country for National Conference every or every other year, like JSPN 102 (international symposium and English speaking needed); Online information and communication (website for psychiatry) - most efficient tech; Appling funding for exchange from multi-resources; Meetings led by WPA and WHO; Academic cooperation body chaired by zone 17 representitive and co-chair by psychiatry societies from each joined country, and rotate the chairperson every 3 years;
