The supervisor shall help the candidate to clarify ethical and human rights dilemmas and other problems the candidate faces and in dialogue with the candidate seek conscious and rational choices.

This presentation will give a presentation of clinical supervision as it is practiced in Norway, its organization, aims and objectives. I will further discuss how clinical problems may be elaborated and clarified in a supervisory setting especially those related to ethical and human rights problems, dilemmas and conflict of interest. I will end by discussing a vignette from a supervision session.
